BARGAIN BASKETS
Our 14th Donation Day is on Friday 2nd July. The Bargain Basket stall is where you head to pick up just that...a bargain! We are looking for donations of a variety of items that will be grouped together with similar items and sold as a Bargain Basket! You may find a basket with stationery supplies, baby needs, craft items, toiletries, or hair products. The options don't end there! We also require donations of cellophane and ribbon to make the baskets look great! OR a gold coin.

MORE HELPERS REQUIRED...please!
We are still in need of people to assist with stalls on Fete Day. If you can spare a few hours to help out it would be greatly appreciated! Your assistance would mean that our stall coordinators could have a break to enjoy the fete with their children for an hour or so.
We have many ideas for new stalls, however, without volunteers we are unable to run them. If you would like to assist with the fete, please contact Vicki in the school office, or phone or text one of the Fete Coordinators.

Donations in General
DONATIONS
Our School Fete relies heavily on donations from not only our school community but also from local business' as well. The more items we have donated results in more profits raised that directly benefits our school. Our Fete Sponsors are listed to the right. Please consider the services of these business' where possible, and don't forget to mention St Thomas More when doing so. They will be thrilled to know that their generosity is being repaid by our school community.
Donations can be made to the school office at any time and for any stall, so if you happen to miss a donation day, please do not hesitate to bring your item in on another day.

These can be anything such as homewares, toys, gardening tools, or anything else that you think you would like to win! The Chocolate Wheel spins around 100 times on fete day, so that is a lot of prizes that we need! Any suggestions of business' that may be able to help us would be fantastic!

ARTS & CRAFTS
Our 10th Donation Day is on Friday 11th June. Our Arts and Crafts Stall is full with gorgeous hand-made items which are perfect for gifts or to treat yourself with. For this stall we are requesting donations of any handmade art or craft item. You might be handy on the sewing machine and can stitch up some library bags. Scrapbooking may be your forte where you can complete some scrapbook pages that people can add their own photos to. Whatever it may be, we need lots of handmade items! We are also in need of donations of coloured cardboard, feathers and glue as our stall co-ordinator has some funky items in mind for the kids!!! OR a gold coin.

ENTERTAINERS REQUIRED
Do you know of any group of performers who would like to perform on our Centre Stage during our Fete day? Entertainment runs throughout the day and usually consists of dancing, singing, and music.
We are looking for a variety of demonstrations. Maybe you know of a martial arts school, a dance school, a gymnastics school....the options are endless! Please notify the fete committee of any contacts you have.

STALL CO-ORDINATOR MEETING
7:30pm MONDAY 7th JUNE in the Small Hall
We are looking forward to meeting with all the Stall Co-Ordinators at this meeting so we can be informed on the progress of your stall. You can advise us of what help you require or any new ideas you may have.
